Dealing with Stress

Hello,

I don't know about you, but the last few months have been very stressful.  Work, life, family, business -- all demand your time, your resources, your best behavior.

I'm working hard at building my business and keeping my clients happy and engaged.  But sometimes I just want to tune everything out.

I've found a great outlet for dealing with stress and feeling better physically -- Bikram Yoga.  You've probably heard about hot yoga.  A hot room, 26 poses, the same dialogue every time.  While I'm in there, I can actually put my thoughts aside and just do the best I can.  When I'm done, I feel amazing.
